XOXO is a full-scale creative direction project for the 20th-anniversary world tour of S.H.E.
Instead of a linear retrospective, the show frames the group’s two-decade trajectory through a series of constructed emotional and visual states, each defining a distinct phase of their identity.
The stage design draws from the dual meaning of “XOXO,” referencing both intimacy and the numeral twenty. The main stage forms a lip-shaped configuration, with the upper platform and surrounding curved B-stage enclosing the audience within a spatial embrace.
Each scene operates as a memory chamber, shifting across fragmented environments to construct a continuous emotional narrative. The concert merges pop performance and theatrical staging into a spatial experience that reconnects audiences with the group’s shared history.
